Search jobsInterning with Liberty for two summers provided me with firsthand experience in the human resource field and helped expand my network. It ultimately made me successful in the transition to my full time role post-graduation since I was challenged to grow under the guidance of my peers, mentors, mangers, and senior leadership. Interning at Liberty is one of the biggest reasons I am where I am today. Now I’m coming up on my two year anniversary with the company and I am excited to continue my journey here for years to come.

My HR internship at Liberty Mutual was truly an incredible experience that taught me valuable communication skills, problem solving strategies and organizational skills. I was placed on the Intake Triage team and got to help several of our employees every day which was a great and rewarding experience. In addition to learning many HR topics and values, this internship has given me confidence in myself as I enter the HR industry.

My summer internship with Liberty was awesome, it exposed me to a variety of interesting areas of HR that operate within the company and I was happy to be able to meet so many amazing people. Everyone on my team was so kind and welcoming, and I enjoyed getting to know the interns in my class as well, many who I am now able to call friends! Now, 4 years (and another internship) later, I am still able to draw upon my experiences from that first internship, and still keep in contact and even work closely with people I met during that memorable summer!
